She focuses on creating more inclusiveness and diversity in the fashion industry. That is why she has set up her own talent agency with which she represents models, make-up artists and stylists who share her vision. She is also the founder of the taboo-breaking collective No Babes, which gives a voice to people who are often denied a voice by society’s prevailing ideals of beauty. No Babes is also the name of her very first photo book, published by Borgerhoff & Lamberigts. No Babes questions taboos through exhibitions, a podcast, videos, photo shoots, and more. In addition, she also had her own program #nofilter in ‘Everyone Famous’ where a team follows her behind the scenes of a No Babes shoot. She has also been a guest at various media channels as an expert or jury member on this theme.
